Instructions
- Lay your tortillas out on a clean, flat surface. Working with one at a time, arrange your fillings in the center. Place about 1/2 cup of the chopped grilled chicken in a line down the middle. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over the chicken, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro. Do not to overfill. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll it from the bottom up to create a secure burrito shape.
- Heat a heavy-duty pan, skillet, or grill to medium heat. Lightly coat the surface with a bit of oil or a non-stick cooking spray. Carefully place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the tortilla becomes golden and crispy and the cheese is melted. Once both sides are grilled, remove the wraps from the heat. Let them rest for a moment before slicing them in half to serve immediately.
Notes
To ensure the best wraps, do not overstuff them. Use a properly hot pan (medium heat) to achieve a crispy exterior and place the wrap seam-side down first to seal it. To prevent sogginess, use dressing sparingly and serve the wraps immediately after grilling.
